I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from Mark, great communication, fair pricing and easy to work with. I was purchasing sight unseen and flying in from out of state, they picked me up from where I was staying to let me test drive the truck and gave me all the time I needed to look the vehicle over at the dealership. Being sight unseen of course there were some things that I couldn't see from the photos but that's how these kind of things go. I would recommend looking at the vehicle in person so you can be sure you know what the true condition of the vehicle is. Even though the truck had more dents and scratches in it than I thought it would, I went through with the purchase because it was a great price. The truck runs and drives great and made the 3000 mile trip home no problem. When looking at other vehicles on their lot it looked like the repairs done to the previously salvaged cars and trucks was professionally done and you couldn't tell they had been in an accident. My truck was a consignment vehicle so it was not repaired as nicely as the vehicles the dealership repairs and sells as their own. One issue in the purchasing of the truck was that it was advertised to have Apple Carplay, unfortunately after the first day of ownership and trying to get it to work it was discovered that the truck did not have this feature as advertised. I spoke with Mark and Rod about this issue and after some negotiating they offered a fair solution so I could get this feature added. I would purchase from Konkin again, overall it was a good experience and I'm still liking the truck 3 months later.

Tim and the team at Konkin Auto Group have to be hands down the best used car dealership I've ever been to. I bought my 2020 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X in late June, and their customer service and professionalism has been top notch. They let me take it for multiple test drives, and even take it for an entire day so I could have a pre purchase inspection done at the local Nissan dealership. Post purchase, I had overheating issues for the first month of ownership but every time they had me bring it in (and once even came and picked the truck up for me) and took care of me until we figured out what was going on. A huge shout-out to Alex for being amazing at communication and turnaround on that front. Mind you, I opted to NOT purchase their warranty, which in hindsight I probably would have knowing that they're honest, hardworking people that won't scam you over a bogus warranty. In the end, I didn't pay a dime. I love the truck to death and will definitely be shopping with them for future car purchases. Thanks again team, and sorry for the delay in a review! You can go to these guys with utmost certainty that they'll take care of you.

Konkin was the perfect spot for my wife and I to get our next car. We've had a lot of trouble with cars in the past and the people at Konkin were so helpful! We had some doubts about buying a rebuilt title but we are so glad we did! The dealership knews the car's history and was totally willing to work with us and make sure we would get a vehicle that would last and be safe for our family.

This dealership was a dream to work with. All the employees, especially Tim, were kind, helpful, patient, and thorough. We came through 3 different times over the course of a couple weeks, asking to see many MANY cars, and driving some. When we did pick a car, they were able to take it to a mechanic that we chose, which was super helpful! They acknowledged all the feedback and did all repairs we requested, no questions asked. Even after we purchased the car and had some concerns, they looked at the issue two different times, made adjustments and continued to assure me if anything went wrong they would fix it right away. The communication was great and this is a stand-up company. I have now driven the car (a 2017 Subaru Outback) for 3,000 miles on two different road trips and it’s amazing. I’m really grateful to have found an honest and respectful dealership. (Side Note: Not that this should matter, but it does in this world. We are a queer couple. And were treated with nothing but care and respect the entire time. That is comforting.)

They are here to serve you! An Absolutely amazing place, I've gotten my oil changed here a few times and also got done some minor work done. They have always been on time and super helpful and patient. Feel free to ask any questions because I can see that they are ipen about everything. They will lay all their knowledge down to help you get what you need. They don't charge crazy prices but instead actually will always help you out and serve your interests and heart above all else

If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would. It’s always “I’m a strong independent woman” until it has something to do with my car, and when I was placed into a position of selling my old car + finding a new one within 48 hours - nobody could have made that process more smoother than the guys working at Konkin. They let me test drive cars, answered any questions I had, and helped me make wise decisions/choices. If you need a car - this is your dealership.
